  1. I am Thankful for Indian Street Food!

The joy of Gol-gappas and aloo tikki is equal to none! There are days when I literally craze them – and then if i deny myself (diet, weather, busy), I actually DREAM about them πŸ™‚

Gol Gappas are loved by many in our country and it is made differently in different regions in India!

I know in Kolkata they are called Puchkas and make with a very spicy filling.
In Hyderabad, the filling is hot chholaas.
My favourite, is Dilli–Wale Gol-gappas – The filling of potatoes and chanas, dipped in chilled water which just bursts into my mouth – I love it!Β
