Do I deserve to be Happy?

‘Do I deserve to be Happy’ these little words whispered in your ears, In those tough moments when the world seems to be upside down for you. Though you try hard to control the situation, Alas!! you fail. And your heart murmured ‘Do I deserve to be Happy’. Next moment your brain try to calm down your heart “Be Postive”

Every one of us has faced ups and downs in our life. The moments of success brings joys and celebration. The failures take away our smile and our heart becomes a stubborn child of not being happy just because we fail. Although we know that failure is just for time being, but we are still in deli ma ‘Do I deserve to be Happy’ And your mind conclude “No, I don’t, as I’ve messed up all the things” We often associate our happiness with our success and failures, which is not right. This mood will take you in the depression zone very zone.

Do you want to be happy?

Yes, of course, every one of us wants to be happy go lucky. Though everything is not perfect, that doesn’t mean that I can’t be happy.

What can I do to be happy?

I have once read a quote from Thucydides “The secret to happiness is freedom… And the secret to freedom is courage”  This takes away all the blues of not being happy and gives a kick to my mood.

If you want to be happy, you have to set your soul free. Prepare yourself to overcome your fears. Don’t think what others say, remember others won’t come to solve your problem. It’s your life and you deserve to spend it happily. Just be yourself and live free. Try to focus on positivity, choose future goals. Strengthen your relationships by giving time and space to your loved ones. Treat yourself like Prince/Princess, remember “Everyone is the hero of their life” Wear a positive smile on your face when nothing works, a smile can do wonders. Empower your personality with an optimistic attitude and believe in the mantra of ” Try and Try until you succeed”. And at last, remember that You deserve to be Happy.

There is nothing as valuable in the life of a man as freedom. If you give the man all the wealth of the world, make a palace of gold for his residence and provide him the best food available in this world but take away his freedom, his life is miserable. There is no happiness in life, if we are dependent on others. Freedom is also important for love. Only when people are free, they can love. There can be no love between the capture and the captive, master and the servant. The desire of freedom is there in every human being. Yet freedom means different things to different people and the same person has many meanings of the word “freedom”. Indeed – “The secret of happiness is freedom, the secret of freedom is courage.”

The secret to happiness is freedom and the secret to freedom is courage….. beautiful words, simple yet powerful. We all need to be free from so many things, fear, self doubt, ego, anger, grudges and getting rid of each one of them will take courage. Wonderful post!

How true, letting our failures be the barometer for our happiness…… failures and success come and go but it is important for you to be happy….and that comes from within!
