Happy Wednesday!
A true confession – I had ZERO love for Herbal Green Teas!
However, being Healthy (obese), I knew that the time had come to take charge of my eating habits and health. The first step was to replace all the various liquid calories I had been consuming with a drink which was healthy and tasty!
A tall order and many a green tea sachet had failed my taste test until I tried out the MamaEarth Teas.
I have seen many people talking about MamaEarth and their safe, toxin-free products for babies & moms, and realised that a company which specifically made products for Women (self—care) would have a very good understanding of our taste buds and how health and taste have to go hand in hand for a sustainable good habit to be developed.
I visited their website and found the section called Traditional Recipes, and inside it, I found the answers for my questions I had just begun asking myself as I began on my quest to be healthy and take care of my body.
2 ‘concerns’ which were cropping up were my Digestive issues & aches and pains, which all seemed to connect to stress and fatigue, and I found the perfect solution in:
Now I start the morning with a cup of Mamaearth Traditional Recipe Organic Stress Relief Herbal Green tea which energizes while giving relief –
I absolutely love the tin box which holds the tea bags, each packed in its own sachet, which retains the taste & aroma and are easy to carry in my handbag.
These were super handy when I was traveling around Varanasi (more on this later) for the Festival of Dev Diwali, as all I needed was warm water (easily available) & I had a drink ready to be enjoyed as I soaked in the sights.

These Two teas together have been very helpful in sorting out my digestion and sleep issues, and I feel more relaxed as I go through my day.
A great point in its favor is, that the flavor is delicious, and I don’t need to add any sweetener to my cup!
As I begin my Journey towards a Healthier version of ME, I am starting out with the very basics, and this is my First step in the right direction.

Mamaearth has come up with good quality products for us.
I too have used the Feel Better Tea from MamaEarth and loved it. It really made me feel good. It’s just bit pricey.
I have recently developed the love for tea but not green one.

A brand that is well known for their quality. These teas are my go-to options nowadays whenever I feel little low in energy. I love the aroma and flavor 🙂
