Welcome to Part 3 of the Home Make-Over series on isheeriashealing.com – Today in The Home Make-Over Series we are going to talk about REMOVING NEGATIVITY FROM YOUR PERSONAL SPACE

The purpose of doing the House Clearing and Purification is to uplift ourselves and make our surroundings supportive of us.
But, while doing House Clearing and Purification procedures we tend to ignore/forget that we too are part of the House. Our feelings, moods, behavior, etc. have a strong, lasting impact on the vibrations of the house.
Let’s Look at simple tips – Things you can easily do to Remove Negative Energies from your space – Your Home, Office, Home-Office or any space.
I. The FIRST STEP: PROTECTION
The first step is to protect ourselves from any form of negativity.
TIP 1: A very good, and ancient, practice is the custom of applying a Tilak or a Bindi to the forehead.
Besides, it’s religious, cultural, and beauty aspect it’s main purpose is to cover the Third Eye.
The Third Eye point is your most powerful and vulnerable point.
By covering the Third Eye we protect ourselves from powerful suggestions, vashikaran, and hypnotism.
TIP 2: Another powerful form of Protection is a Kavach.
It can be in the form of a Prayer, a Mantra, or an Amulet, Tabeez, etc. These you must get/ learn from a Guru, your spiritual/ religious teacher.
TIP 3: If you would rather not do any of the above …..then the best, and easiest method is the White Light Pyramid.
PS: This should be done daily.
White Light Pyramid Method:
Close your eyes and visualise yourself in the centre of a Pyramid. Then see a white light floating down from the top point and surrounding you and completely filling up the Pyramid. Now, open your eyes.
This technique you can do for others as well, by visualising that person (instead of you) in the Pyramid. You can Protect your car, your house, also in the same way. I protect my dogs too!!
Note: you must place only one person or object in a Pyramid at one time.
After you open your eyes…..which means the process is complete…. Close your eyes again and repeat the process of visualisation for the next person/object. You can do the White Light Pyramid for as many as you like.
II. If there are a lot of Arguments and Fights in the House
Sprinkle sea salt liberally on the floor, especially where the argument/ fight occurred. After a few hours sweep away the sea salt and then sprinkle some Holy water (ganga jal) or Charged water.
Then do a simple Clearing and place some sea salt in a ramekin or glass bowl in the NE and SW corners of the house/ room.
III. If you feel you have negative guests ie. guests who drain your energy, or leave negative vibes behind
Tip1: Sprinkle a few yellow mustard seeds after they have left.
Leave for a while, and then sweep them away and dispose of them outside your house.
Tip 2: If you know beforehand that they are coming, then sprinkle a few mustard seeds before they arrive.
You can sprinkle them in a corner, or under a chair or sofa….they don’t need to show.
IV. If Negative Person is Living in the same House/ Space
TIP1: If the negative person is living in the house with you- tie a small potli (cloth bundle) of the yellow mustard seeds and keep them under their favorite seat. (Do not keep under their bed).
V. If YOU are very tense and stressed
Tip1: Place a glass (made of glass or copper) of water at your bedside, next to your pillow, at bedtime. Do not cover the glass. In the morning dispose off the water outside your house. Do this daily till you feel the tension and stress have drained away.
Tip2: Add sea salt to your bath water daily till you feel better.
Don’t forget to rinse off very well with plain water at the end, after your bath.
VI. If you are feeling afraid for no apparent reason
TIP1: Wear/keep with you a stainless steel kara (bangle). It should not have a joint.
If you are afraid only in the night, then you may place the kara under your pillow.
VII. If you feel the presence of an entity in your house
TIP1: Fill a glass bowl ¾ full with pure camphor. Place in the centre of the house, or the room where you feel a presence. As the camphor evaporates, top it up.
Note: Do not light the camphor.
TIP 2: Take a mitti ka diya (or any other plate/ bowl of your choice).
Burn 2 Bay leaves in it.
Dispose off the ashes and the diya outside your house.
Visualize a blue light moving through your house. Do this daily till you no longer feel a presence in your house.
Repeat once a week for three months.
VIII. To remove negative vibes (Evil Eye/ Nazar)
Generally (usually), one tends to feel like they may be the victims of the Evil Eye/ Nazar ater attending a wedding or a function/ party or any other occassion/ instance where you have received a lot of praise and appreciation.
In the morning take 7 whole,dry red chillies.
(Note: They should not be cut or broken in any way, and should have stalks).
Wave them over your head in anti clockwise movement 7 times with the intention that any negativity that is attached to you has now been transferred to the red chillies.
Burn them outside your house. Then dispose the ashes.
Do not bring them into the house.
Repeat this for 7 consecutive days.
If you need to take them through the house to dispose of the ashes, then wrap them securely and take them out. They must not be kept in the house…. You will be defeating the purpose of removing the negativity.
It will just be transferred from you to the house.
Note: If easily susceptible then preferably do this on the same day.
TIP2: Here’s another way to remove negative vibes:
Wave a fistful of sea salt anti-clockwise over your head 7 times, with the intention that all the negativity is now removed from you, and has been transferred to the sea salt.
Dispose of the sea salt under running water in the kitchen. (Ensure there is nothing in the sink before you begin). Clean the sink very well after disposing of the salt down the kitchen drain. Repeat this for 7 consecutive days.
IX. To ground yourself
Sometimes when you feel like you are not grounded, centered or in touch with your inner self. Or if you feel overly emotional, anxious and out of sorts – Grounding yourself is a quick and easy remedy.
TIP1: Walk barefoot, preferably on grass which still has dew on it. Walking barefoot around the house is also very beneficial.
TIP2: Hug a tree. The older the tree, the better.
Note: Grounding yourself is very important. It stabilizes your energy and strengthens your aura.
