We are happy to bring to you this Guest Post on Aura Cleansing at Home
By Sujit Susheelan

This might sound a little familiar. You are falling sick quite often, feeling irritated for no apparent reason, and feeling low most of the time, sleep is disturbed and you feel exhausted.
Even when you go to a medical doctor, there isn’t anything out of place.
Chances are that you are in need of ‘aura’ cleansing.
Now you may ask, what is an aura?
The answer pertains to the energy field that surrounds our body which by its very nature is able to pick up psychic vibrations, emotions, and energy of the surroundings. It is also capable of exchanging energy with the people with whom we interact most often.
Universally, all objects both animate and inanimate have an energy field surrounding them, and humans are no exception.
There are good chances of weakening of your aura due to interaction with people who function on a different psychic wavelength. This specifically refers to people with negative tendencies.
But there isn’t much to worry about as aura cleansing is simpler than it sounds and can even be done from the comfort of your home.
Ways to Cleanse the Aura
- Take a Shower:
There is a good reason why you feel refreshed after a shower.
Aura cleansing takes the bathing process to the next level.
This would involve adding salts, essential oils, and sacred herbs into the water to cleanse the energy field.
While taking the bath in the water, you would have to visualize your aura is getting repaired as the negativity is flowing out and divine energy is entering you. This by far will get the job done
and do make sure to discard the herbs and flowers after one use.
2. Smudging:
This is one of the oldest aura cleansing practices, which involves burning sacred herbs and using the smoke coming out to cleanse the aura.
Any of the well-known herbs namely sage, thyme, or cedar can be utilized for the process. Pick the herb you like.
Basically, the process involves burning a bundle of herbs like how you would burn incense sticks, and allow the smoke to make contact with different body parts, by letting the smoke drift over you.
3. Walk in the Rain:
One of the easiest ways to cleanse your aura is by standing in the rain.
While standing in the rain, you would have to visualize all the negativity flowing out of your body and positive energy flowing into your body.
This allows for the inherent positivity to get re-established and auto-balance your energies for a healthy and vibrant aura.
Alternatively, this process is also possible by going for a swim in a lake. The only precaution here is to avoid taking shower in the rain when there are thunderstorms.
Conclusion:
While aura cleansing finds easy acceptance among believers, but there are also skeptics who do not believe in the existence of such an energy field (aura).
If you happen to be someone with a scientific temperament who takes everything with a ‘pinch of salt’, then it is entirely possible you may not see any benefits from the processes mentioned above.
However, if you give it a fair try, you will feel the difference, however, irrespective of your belief, these rituals do, do their jobs.
We hope you enjoyed reading this article and will find these three (3) ways easy to follow.
do try these out and let us know your experience.
