    I like the way you have combined Tarot, chakra, jourmaling. All three point towards the same goal. I dont know much about Tarot, but journaling and manifestation do work.I relate to the energy work for rejuvenation. Moving our body in the right manner every morning is as important as our morning ablutions.

    As you pointed out, healing is not to be rushed. I totally agree with this. It’s a process and it takes time. Even “instant noodles” take time to get cooked properly. and to start your healing journey, you need to accept you are hurt. This acceptance is what many people find very hard to achieve.
