#Happy by @Geethica2 #isheeria

Geethica shares her insights to the question Do I deserve to be Happy?

Dear Isheeria’s Healing Circles Reader,

Welcome to the very first post for my birthday carnival exploring the question –

Do I deserve to be happy?

“Don’t laugh too much, later you will”

“Don’t be too happy, you have to be sad the next day.”

Often I have heard people saying all sorts of depressing lines to each other.

Or rather they accept it as a reality that we have to be sad only. They wait to be unhappy all the time.

But
Turn the table and think again.

You are born to be happy. It is our right to be happy.

Don’t fear happiness. Enjoy every moment of happiness and embrace it with your loved ones.

Don’t wait for depression to take over.

If you are unhappy, treat it like season that will change soon. And you will be happy again.

Delete the negative thinking from your mind that soon happiness will fade away and sadness will take its place.

Instead –

  • Always wait for lovely times to come over.
  • Accept the fact the sad times are short lived and will soon shed their leaves.
  • Rejuvenate yourself in happier times and prepare yourself for tolerance.
  • Fill yourself with patience in abundance which will take you out of depression in lower times.
  • Feel yourself closer to God. He resides in each one of us.
  • We are happy because we deserve to be happy.

Like a parent loves his child uncondtionally but at times scolds or punishes when necessary.

In the same way, we are born to be happy. Only at times we are being taught some lessons through our rough patches. This low time reminds us the importance of happiness in our life.

When we revive some old memories, we feel we were so happy at that time. Yes we were. But then we forget to add that we are so blessed today to be more happier.

You are what you think.

If you are always in search of happiness you will get it
Like I am always in search of God and I feel him inside me.

Geethica was the first person to share her insights with me on this question, and she is right, we do use statements which promote a more negative state of mind, and it is upto us to rejuvenate and prepare ourselves.
She is a warm person with a ready smile and happy to connect, and writes over at: www.thoughtsbygeethica.com

Thank you Geethica for  participating in my birthday celebrations!
Cheers,

My writings are reflections of my views towards life. I believe that whatever happens only happens with a reason. And the best happens when it is not seen. Because holding on believes that there is a past; letting go knows that there is a future. My piece of work gives me a second chance that life denies.

My words help me build my character each and every day. They flow through my heart and sketch the reality on canvas. I read new articles every day and learn something new from them. And I make it a priority to write regularly. All the visuals that happen around me make a place inside my brain waiting to be penned down as beautifully as possible.

Travel along my book to explore life and it’s happenings through my eyes. Do share your views as they will make me learn more. And they are highly valued.

Spread the #happy happiness – comment and share.

A very interesting start for the Happiness carnival in the blog.

Geethica, happiness is the natural result of positive, optimistic, opportunity and possibility thinking, believing life matters and yours specifically does too, that there are answers to life’s most difficult challenges, while actively creating meaning and pursuing growth and living an honest and grateful and loving life.
