The Book Blurb:
Ian’s alpha tosses him out of his car at a training camp for worthless and weak wolf shifters run by a crazy vampire.
His only choice is to escape and go lone wolf.
Until he runs into Clare…She actually volunteered for this gig.
Her wolf is all alpha but it’s crammed into a petite package, and she definitely has no mercy when it comes to him.
The work is hard. The training dangerous. Surviving is optional.
Clare can’t stand Ian’s disregard for her authority and he hates her driven ambition.
Sparks fly and teeth are bared. Opposites attract they say.
If they don’t kill each other first.

“One last thing. Maps are only as good as the map maker.”
“I am assured by my modern kin that mapmakers in this age are much better trained…”
The name of the book sounds interesting, and so is the premise.
It is an interesting, short read.
The series has promise 🙂
I enjoyed the sense of humour threading through the book.
PS: I do love the Map references [sce emoji=”heart”/]
The vampire would probably dump them in the middle of the woods one night with nothing but the sky to lead them home and
Ian would remain lost.
Book 1 is a short book – perhaps, an introduction to the series. I had expected a complete/ longer story, with more depth to the story, the plot and the characters.
This is the story of the Alpha couple. Thus, perhaps I expected it to be a more involved/evolved story.
As an introduction tho’ it was nice. The next in the series is about the characters we meet in book 1.
I would probably pick up the rest of the series too, as I’d like to read the stories of the others from book 1 🙂
